How to get a replacement card
It's easy. Just visit the ASC Administrative Office in Neubig Hall. You are entitled to your first replacement ID card during your 4-year college career at no charge. Additional replacements will cost $15. Replacement cards, due to normal wear and tear, are no charge.
How can I eat if my ID card is missing?
You may have a friend pay for your meal with a guest pass or Connections account. If you have signed up for the Hand Access Pass ,you can use a meal at Neubig Dining Center and know your college ID number.
When is the ASC office open?
We’re available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
The ASC office is closed. How can I get into my resdience hall without my ID card?
Head to the University Police Department at C-17 Van Hoesen Hall – it’s always open. They’ll issue you a temporary access/key card and deactivate your lost residence hall access card. Once you get your replacement ID card, return the temporary card to UPD to avoid additional charges.
Can I use my temporary residence hall access card to buy food, merchandise, and services?
